School of Clinical Medicine DTP-MR Studentships
The School of Clinical Medicine will offer at least 5 fully funded four-year PhD studentships to start October 2022.
The SCM DTP-MR and University of Cambridge actively support equality, diversity and inclusion and we encourage applications from eligible applicants from all sections of society.
Applicants should identify their area of interest within one of the following departments, Units, or Institutes of the School of Clinical Medicine, and are encouraged to approach potential supervisors, or group leaders, to discuss a suitable research proposal prior to preparing an application.

Students on the SCM DTP-MR will complete 2 rotations in the first two terms. These projects will be in different disciplinary areas related to your field of research, and will allow refinement of your PhD project in line with your emerging research interests as the programme progresses.
Each studentship is fully-funded for four years with a stipend of £18,000 p.a.,and includes all course fees, plus a research training support grant. We are able to offer industrial electives for a period of up to 3 months during the programme for studentships awarded by the School of Clinical Medicine DTP-MR.
